1. Meet & Greet Call We connect to make sure we’re aligned, confirm you have everything needed to build, and answer any questions.
2. Questionnaire You fill out a brief questionnaire so I can deeply understand your brand, vision, and goals before we touch anything.
3. Proposal + Contract + 50% Deposit You receive your proposal, sign the contract, and submit your deposit to lock in your beta spot.
4. Welcome & Notion Portal I send your welcome letter and give you access to your Notion workspace to follow the build in real time and drop feedback as we go.
5. We Build Your site comes to life in 7-10 days with 2 rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels right.
6. Launch Final payment, handoff, and you’re live.
